I was on Paxil for almost a year 20mg with alot of weight gain and no real help with the panic attacks, I was put on lorazopam (talk about lobotomy), then buspar which made me terribly depressed, so now after a year of Effexor 150mg I feel great again only now I have gained a total of 41 pounds which is depressing enough, now my doctor wants to cut the Effexor to 75mg and take with Wellbutrin SR 150mg twice a day! Has anyone else experienced this, did the weight come off, or am I just going to be bouncing off the walls for the heck of it?
