Can anyone tell me the difference between these 2?
They both run through their checklist asking the appropriate questions. They both formulate judgements (opinions) about your condition or "disorder" within 2 hours of knowing you. Then they both prescribe drugs.

"Psychopharmacologist" can mean either (1) a psychiatrist who specialises in prescribing medication, rather than "talk therapy;" or (2) a researcher who studies the effects of psychoactive drugs (in people or animals).
I'm glad to see you posting something other than flames. You'll get much nicer responses this way.
