Any personal experiences with antiglucocordicoids?

A while back Elizabeth posted some interesting abstracts of studies on the use of antiglucocordicoids in depression. I would like to know if anyone here has personal experience with antiglucocordicoids.

I took Ketaconozole for a while, someone at Stanford & in Texas was doing research re: connection to Bipolar, and it seemed to help. . .Very little harm in trying, I should think. Look on Medscape. . .
