1)Is it safe to use 100mg Zoloft,7.5 remeron,2.5 zyprexa and 2mg klonopin
2) What is the best way to take the klonopin? All of it at night or throughout the day? How do you use it?
3) I have been on Zoloft for 8 weeks,I have tried every other ssri.I am still having anxiety and derealization. Is there any hope for me? Any other meds that work?
4) Are beta blockers useful? I was thinking of adding Inderal.

> I can't answer all the questions but my experience with Klonopin is that it put me to sleep pretty quickly. I wasn't taking a very high dose but it made me sleepy. It was great if I was having a migraine or something but I was really drowsy in the morning. If you are working, it's probably better to take sometime in the evening.

I'll be trying neurontin tomorrow for bipolarII, but I specifically asked for it because it is supposed to be helpful for anxiety (which I have). I don't know how long it will take for me to feel it's effects, but I'll let you know how I do on it (maybe week by week?). I also get derealization, so I'll let you know if it does anything for that.
I tried most of the SSRI's too and they just weren't for me.
I hear beta-blockers are good for the physical symptoms of anxiety (shakiness etc.), but you might still FEEL anxious. I guess they're good to use for things like public speaking so no one can see that you're nervous. HTH

I have a feeling it's because I'm not taking a high enough dose. Maybe you need to increase the dosage of Zoloft to get an effect? They say up to 200mg per day.

you might want to try gabapentin with the klonopin. the gabapentin + xanex works fairly well
for me for anxiety and social phobia.
You will know if it work with in a few days. I also tried a beta blocker(pendolol)for anxiety but It made me feel very week a depressed and did nothing for anxiety.> 1)Is it safe to use 100mg Zoloft,7.5 remeron,2.5 zyprexa and 2mg klonopin
