I love celexa and the ssri's but I don't like the side effects. I get dystonia, restlessness etc. from the dopamine depletion. Can I add something that blocks the 5ht2 receptor...zyprexa or serzone to combat the side effects?

You can do that.
I think your history with Zyprexa didn't turn out well though, right?
And since zyprexa also blocks dopamine, it is a double-edged sword. The Serzone may be the better bet.
Remeron may help too.Regards,
John
