Hi - new to the board - was wondering if anyone out there has been on Effexor XR (me: 1 1/2 yrs) and am now having migraines and racing heart (it feels "loud"!). Doc only gave me atenolol and I'm scared to take it ... and I'm moving next month, so no one is willing to change my meds. Any advice would be grateful.
