Hello,I guesing it's a safe bet that the mood elevation caused by stims and perhaps even the motivation/productivity increase is temporary, but what kind of long term benefits has anyone noted for ADHD or Depression if any from this class?
I find that 20mg of adderallxr actually quites my mind a great deal and allows me to read much more effectively and I'm hoping those effects will stay. It also (since I just started) makes me feel kind of high and a touch more physically restless allbeit mild and short-lived should I expect those to go away?
Lemme know what your thoughts are?

I had the same calm, but slightly restless, reaction that you describe at first, but the latter faded away after a week or two. The benefits have remained, at the same low dose (10 mg/day). I do skip it for a day or two once in a while to help decrease the chances of tolerance, and I've had no withdrawal or discomfort aside from a brief return to more scattered thought.
