I take 20 mgs of lexapro and xanax prn.
I used to take prozac for many years and it was life saver in one respect but in the long run it did not keep the depression at bay and I was very lethargic.
I went med free except for xanax for severla months last fall. Until several life events death in the family,holidays,friends baby died.. ect I crashed.
I went on lex and it helped and I started exersizing too.
well I had a couple of things come up again I had surgery and lost my medicaid and were moving not far though and lost some income..trying to adjust to be in my forties.. Teenagers.. ect...
well I'm feeling overwelmed and depressed and my anxiety is creeping back and well I just don't feel good. I might add I'm working in therapy to put some closure on some past issues and that brought things up.
I get confused is the lex not holding me up?
or would it be normal to feel this way?
