i have been off paxil 10mg for 14 days.. on lexapro for 14days now.. i thought i was thru the worst side effects but now i have severe headaches from grinding my teeth.. i have always been a grinder but havent had a flare up with headache for a long time until now. i read that lexapro could cause this.. just wondering if anyone else experienced this. if so, did it wear off.. I am beginning to feel about half way normal of the lexapro.. thanks for any advice.

I experienced bruxism on Wellbutrin. Best thing for me was Klonopin.

SSRI's can cause sleep disruption that can worsen over time. They can induce bruxism in people who have never experienced this before. You might want to ask your pdoc about buspirone, which sometimes reduces this side effect.
