Thank you so much for thinking of me. I am still here. I mostly post on the social board now. I have had a rough time, but think I may be coming out of it. Well, I hope so anyway. How are you doing?

Just to keep this from being moved, I will let you know that I can not sleep without the serequol that I have been taking since January. When I don't take it, I don't sleep. When I do take it, I am drugged. You know what I mean. A false sleep that I am unable to get out of. Yuk.

PLease update me on what you have been up to.
