Does it matter when you take your nardil , in the morning or at night. Do you take your dose all at once or spread out through the day. I heard if you take it at bedtime you will get very tired the following evening. Just wondered , thanks

Best to spread it out me thinks. But in terms of therapeutic effects I don't think it makes a difference. If you get insomnia, take it in morning.

i've really been wondering this too. i really don't like needing to remember to take a certain amount of pills multiple times a day. i so often lose track of how many i've taken. It's a pain. So i'm hoping that i can eventually get by with just taking my 4 pills either after i wake up or before i go to bed. Anyway, i believe that the reason for spreading them out during the day is to minimize more severe side effects at on time. i don't know how bad Nardil is for this though. i certainly don't think i could take a whole Parnate dosage at one time through the day. i gotta try taking em all at night or morn w/ nardil. ok yeah
