Cannot Make Decisions

I am having the most difficult time making decisions in my life. I just keep going over and over things and cannot move forward. So the inertia is gripping me. Help. Will SSRI's help? Is this depression or anxiety or both?
It is definitely a vicious circle I am going round and round and round and doowwwnnn

Unfortunately it can be anything: anxiety, depression, obsesiveness, schizoid personality, etc.

I do not know whoich meds can help, but i think a diagnose is needed first.
