Slight Hand Shakes?

I am now on my second week of Effexor XR. I started with a week of 35mg, then moved up to 75, taking only one a day.
So far I am very happy with the results, starting to feel better, a few bad dreams, but not many.
I am noticing almost constent slight trimmers or shaking of my fingers. Has anyone else experienced this? If so how long does it last? I host alot of meetings with my job, and holding papers with the shaking is bothersome!
