I found a product like this in Ghana when I was backpacking!! It was called "Horny Goat - Libido Enhancement" and was used as a treatment for...
(and I quote)
"Malaria, Sore Waist, Eyes (er?!), Impotence and Kidney Stones"
and also, most importantly, it claimed to "PROTECT AGAINST HIV/AIDS"!
Wow. What an absolute WONDER drug I say! golly gosh! hehehe
So hey, who knows, maybe you should try it! I mean, theres probably absolutely no basis to back up most of these claims - but for the libido stuff?! hey..YOU NEVER KNOW! lol. It'll give u a giggle if nothing else..

I got a free sample of it once at my job. It did nothing for me.
