Works wonders in this combination, have been feeling great for 2/3 months took about 4 weeks to kick in but much more motivated and losing weight but not drastically as in manic episodes.
Hope its usful, but hey we are all different.

I am currrently on effexor XR 75mg (are you talking about XR or the original version by the way?). It is not helping me much at this point. By "works wonders" do you mean this combo has a good anti-depressant effect on you, and/or does it help in other respects (anxiety, sleep, etc)?
Also, what exactly is sulpride and what is its side-effect profile?
