Hey all,
I'm on 75 mg of Effexor XR...have been for 5 months....
I'm getting more stressed in my life, and thinking about raising the dose ot 150mg.
I have not gained weight on Effexor and I was curious if "upping" my dose would increase the chances of gaining weight.
I have gained weight since being on Effexor, but I take responsibility for it....poor eating habits on my part, and I do not think it was due to the Efexor)
Thank you so much,
Violet

Hey! If anything, you mat lose a bit of weight...Effexor has a good reputation among docs for at most causing minor weight loss, and usually doing nothing to weeight.
