Hi all,
So I'm on day 31 of 75mg of Effexor - the doc says to stay at this dose for another couple of months - but I've noticed a couple of things today.
Besides the horrible night sweats that started last night (and day sweats that started last week with no apparent pattern), I've found that tonight the dizziness, vision weirdness and that sense of disconnectedness have returned.
Has anybody else had this happen? Ie, side effects that you thought were gone reappear? Should I expect side effects to come and go without rhyme nor reason?

Hi,
I had the same reaction with a trial I had with effexor 2 years ago. I ended up going to Remeron for the last 2 years and it's been pretty good. I recently tried cymbalta which is supposed to be similar to effexor and I did not care for it. Besides some dizziness, I was sweating abnormaly. Others here will have better advice. Good Luck. JN
