Has anybody with PLMD had improvement using meds? If so, which ones? I am so tired during the day that I take a 2-hour nap (minimum) within hours of waking in the morning. I sleep eight hours overnight, but my sleep test revealed I "wake up" due to PLMD about 150 times per night, so I am not getting beyond Sleep Stage II, and am getting almost no REM sleep.
Has anyone been treated successfully for PLMD?
