Hi.
I only took 40 mg of my Parnate today because I am thinking about adding Nardil to it so I wanted to bring it down. And today I don't have that awful fatigue that I usually get from it and I didn't have to use any Dexedrine. If only I could enough of an anti-depressant effect at 40 mg!

Can .... I keep it at a lower dose? No. I need at least 60 mg and 80 mg is optimal.
Can ..... I take tryptophan? I have to ask my doctor.
Can ....... I combine the Parnate with Nardil? Probably but not going to at this point.
