The good, the bad - I want to hear it all.
I have a friend who has been on it but doesn't like it - for ADHD. He's 20 and has a bit of a learning disabilty (which I'm not quite sure exactly is). Anyway, he's all the sudden interested in "smart drugs" - nootropics like Aricept and Provigil. He got a doctor to Rx him Aricept and he SAID that within 5 days he noticed a huge imrpovement- this was after going off of his Strattera cold turkey after about 2 years on it.
This guy has ALL the classic ADHD symptoms and has now gone back ON strattera.
So any experiences, etc would help me out a lot!

hi there-- strattera didn't seem to do anything for me; i couldn't feel it working at all. i ended up taking 40mg twice a day, which I think is a pretty standard dose. my pdoc later said that the evidence seems to show that it works better in children than in adults. good luck! CB
