My doc is hoping that the Cogentin will help with the inner shakiness and maybe also the hunger (we'll see).
Anyone have any experience with Cogentin?
They told me to take it at night with the Abilify.

cogentin is an anti-cholinergic. Its a pretty old-school add-on to neuroleptics that helps reduce EPS.
Akathisia is a form of EPS, but its not always repsonsive to anti-cholinergics...you may want to try a benzo and/or propranolol.

I was on it with Haldol to prevent TD. It helped me sleep! I hope it helps you.
