is 300 mg tablet same as twice 200 mg of seroquel?

i mean, i take 400 mg in the evening..

i took 300 mg + a half of 300 mg because i need a subscription, but does it work the same as twice 200 mg?

i feel like sh*t, i am giving up, btw i gained 30 kilos on seroquel so far, i am pre diabetic plus i have TD from geodon,

i even was scared to take 1 pill and i followed therapy and all it gave me was tardive dyskinesia

jep jep,

i do have psychosis, and yep yep it was gone on 100 mg of seroquel but then after 2 weeks it made me psychotic in the afternoon because low dopamine i think, i only took it once, and when i take it twice it doesnt do away my psychosis,

should i try clozaril? lol

or stay sick like many ...

200 X 2 = 400
300/2 = 150

300 + 150 = 450

Have you been tested by a doctor for blood sugar and diabetes?

65lbs is quite a gain? Do you do any daily excercise or get out of the house and walk or jog ?, as you're only on a mid range dose of Seroquel.

I know what its like to fight a full dose of it. It takes effort. Some people are more susceptible to gains on weight heavy medicine, genetically, or if they used to be slender for some medications.

I'm not saying its your fault, by the way.

1 pill of Seroquel is almost impossible to give anybody TD.

Clozaril is even more sedating than Seroquel. It requires expensive blood monitoring for 6 months. It can cause drooling in some patients which can be fought only with clonidine for you since you have TD and can't take anticholinergics. It is one of many choices I mentioned before, but you HAVE to get AIMS tests when these experiments are going on or you WILL NOT be able to measure improvement.

> or stay sick like many ...

I gave many suggestions before, and I just get this feeling that a doctor is NOT monitoring things like they should be.

I know I'm perhaps not one of the people you've been speaking to that often so maybe you don't have trust in what I say, but have trust in what some others have been saying. And it is paramount that your doctor is monitoring these experiments.

Maybe you should switch again. Abilify? Its not sedating ((usually))...if you want, you can start low (2 or 5 mgs) and move up...I think in psychosis the target dose is 10-15mgs/day; you can go up to 30 (sometimes more for some people). If you have anxiety problems, that could get worse for a while on abilify...a benzo would help, so see if your doc would rx one.

Is your doc monitoring your TD? TD is kind of a big deal, so she or he needs to be looking at how things are going on a pretty regular basis--AIMS tests every couple months, that kind of thing. If this isn't happening, you should bring it up or see if you can get a doc who will do a better job of providing for your care.

Good luck!
