Hello!
What does the tardial in there mean? I have diurnal (and nocturnal) bruxism. It's pretty bad- I've cracked teeth and have seriously retracted gums, and constant dental issues. I didn't have it at all until my early 20's, it started after a bad episode of depression/ anxiety and has never left since (neither has the depression/ anxiety, unfortunately...) I haven't found anything that works to counteract it, it just won't go away; I have a mouthguard for nightime but hate it and end up not using it all that much.
Not much help to you I'm afraid... but I would like to know what tardial bruxism is.
