Prozac and Lexapro have worked the best for me oveer the years, but both have pooped out as of late. Is there an energizing/motivating additive that might help either of these drugs work for me again?

Rhodiola rosea......
Not exactly sure if its ok to take with with either 'zac, or Lex, but check it out....you might not need them after you've tried it! I would say its part herbal AD and part herbal stimulant (albeit in a gentler form than conventional pills).
Research it and see if you like what you read.
Personally, I'd recommend the New Chapter brand and a book called the Rhodiola revolution. (I can't be bothered to do the double quotes thing, sorry)

You might want to try adding 150mg of Wellbutrin. This is a common add on and will add a boost of energy. It has worked for me very well.Polarbear

What's your diagnosis if unipoplar maybe even lamictal none to boost antidepressant effect. I had no problems with it only thing can't get an ad to work and go into remission. Wonder what it feels like to be normal again? Love Phillipa wellbutrin is definitely mood elevating.
