Vilazodone, Not to be confused with (Valoxan or Agomelatine). was to be known to recently complete Phase III Clinical Trials and getting ready for NDA with the FDA. Apparently, from what I've read, there is good results from the HAM-D scale and it has little to no impact on Sexual Function. Apparently it effects serotonin and partial 5-hydroxytryptamine1A receptor agonist to help increase levels of Dopamine and NE. But in a way that doesn't cause severe side effects.
partial 5-hydroxytryptamine1A receptor agonis
