Wow! even at a 5 mg I am getting nausea, insomnia, increased anxiety. However, I still feel positive because I have started on this med before with simliar initial response and feel that these side effects are usually a good sign the medication is going to work.
I am thinking of upping my nightly Seroquel dose from 25mg to 50mg to help with sleep, and maybe add a little melotonin.I also take 1mg Klonopin at night.
Anyone else have anything to share regarding start-up side effects with Celexa?

Regular is it 20 or l0 that's the original dose just made me feel tired. But I also took xanax low dose with it. Good luck with the celexa. Sounds like upping at night for a while would help. Phillipa
