Sorry about the seroquel. I'm also really sorry you didn't add a tricyclic antidepressant to it. I know, I know, I keep saying it over and over. I can't help it, because at pubmed where there are case studies almost identical to yours, that's what was added to an antipsychotic for major improvement. I don't think anyone knows how or why, it is just is.
I've never heard of glycine working all by itself, but there are some impressive reports of it working well with an antipsychotic and/or tricyclic.
Anything is possible. I think the secret all along has been to think outside the box, venture into new territory.
