Hey has anybody actually been helped by the addition of wellbutrin to an ssri for sexual dysfunction ie anorgasma. Ive pretty much tried everything that does not cause sexual dysfunction like (remeron trazodone wellbutrin buspar )monotherapy mood stabilzers all did not work. Trying augmentation with adderall that seems to give me impotence only on it for a couple days tho more energy though :0. No one will prescibe me serzone i doubt that would work anyway because it is like trazodone. The only thing i havent tried is a tricyclic or mao inhibitor. Its really affecting my life and relationships. Unfortunitly that is the price i have to pay to stay out of the black pit of despair. There is alot of information on the internet saying it works other info saying it doesent.
Can anybody actually say they have been helped by wellbutrin augmentation for ssri anorgasma?
Or atleast partally helped im not expecting a 100% recovery here.
Any feed back at all would be appriciated. Thanx

For me, 450 mg of Wellbutrin completely negated the problem...but I forget the AD I was on at the time, but I remember this was a big problem for me too and the WB fixed it.
I'm female, btw.

The chemical amantadine has been shown to relieve SSRI-induced anorgasmia in some, but not all, people.
Mirapex is often prescribed.

It didn't help me. I tried an average dose, not a really high one.
