Any advice on what I can take to alleviate the lightheadedness I'm experiencing from lexapro withdrawal? I've decided to take myself off the med almost cold turkey. Yes, I know it's not the best way but I just couldn't take it anymore...

Dr. Healy (sp?), an outspoken Welsh psychopharmacologist, suggests St. John's wort can be used to lessen withrawal effects from SSRI meds.
