When Ambien works in connection with Melatonin...but Valerian does not & hit or miss with antihistamine...for sleep...sleep...precious sleep.
what might be a natural alternative? It's so hard to experiment with sleep aids. One night of no sleep is so hard...much less many.
Anybody have stuff that works?
tired of being tired

> Jai NarayanI was reading the reader's reviews on Amazon of a book called "Lights Out" with several people mentioning darkening their rooms per the book's recommendation, including covering little LED lights like a clock. When I covered ALL light sources -- every little crack beside my blinds and so forth -- I slept so hard it was hard to wake/get up! (Very unusual for me.) Now I don't worry about the windows quite so much but the clock is essential. I sleep through the night.
TMG helped me too, though some people find it stimulating.
