Hey all,
I've decided to try Saint John's Wort, 300mgs x 3 daily. Does anyone know how long it should take to kick in?
To be honest, it's maybe the 5th dose of it and I feel better already -- but I think it may be a placebo effect. :D

Yeah, I've experienced its effect in 3 days for one brand... then like a week for another (kira). But, like i enjoy telling ppls, everyone is different! At the maximum, i'd wait a month on it to see how it works. if you are a patient person, then wait 6 weeks. However, I am not patient. I'd wait a month, max, haha.. But anyway, its a good trial to see how it works. Be sure to check back with all of us and let us know if it works if you indeed do it!
