I'm new to the alternatives, fed up with the drugs.
What is the difference between Tryptophan and Tyrosine?
I'm looking for somethin for general anxiety and panic.
I've started on the Sam E with mild relief.
I'd appreciate any info you could offer.

Larry might have missed your post and mine underneath it. I might be able to help a little by giving you a link to follow. Also, SAM-e tends to be more activating rather than anxiety reducing so I wouldn't think that would be for you. Also, l-tyrosine also leads to more activating neurotransmitters while tryptophan would be more sedating. But here are a couple of links where you can find out more:and
