Hey there everyone. I'm thinking of giving St John's Wort a try and wondered if anyone could recommend a good brand available in the UK? Holland and Barrett have a bit of a sale on - is it worth going there?
Thanks!

Hello!!
St John's Wort is really good IMHO.
I would personally stay away from the Holland and Barret SJW and I would try Kira brand. You get it from Boots -- recently they had a 3 for 2 offer on. You have to be picky about brands with SJW. I really recommend Kira. The brand thing is explained on the website below.
Have a look at this site for more info on SJW:
Kind regards
Meri

Go for Kira. It is the LI160 formula used in most of the scientific clinical studies. Other brands may be equally good, or maybe not, you just don't know. At least with Kira you know what you are getting.
