How long for omega-3's to work for ADHD/MDD?

Is there likely to be significantly increased benefit taking beyond 12 weeks? 24 weeks?

Stable benefit, without doubt. IMHO, the more you take in, the better health you obtain. Cardiac and general neuronal benefits might not be obvious until you're well into middle/old age.
