Has anyone experienced anxiety from light therapy?
I have a decent suspicion it is anxiogenic for me, but I cannot absolutely link them in my case.
Thanks...Peace...Saturn.

I do believe that light is a stimulus for anxiety. I can walk about at night far more comfortably than in the daytime. My anxiety is worse in the daytime edfinitely. So I can imagine that light therapy could stimulate anxiety.
