Hi, I am wondering if anyone knows the safety of herbs with phytoestrogenic properties in persons not going through menopause.
I am interested in fo-ti as a MAO-B inhibitor but am concerned about the high level of estrogenic acitivity this herb shows.
Any info would be appreciated.

I'd consult Chinese herbals, under which it is known as He Shou Wu.
