Hi, any tips on good brands of 5HTP? And where to buy online, reliable and fast, and also shipping here (Sweden)? We don’t have 5HTP in health stores here.

Be careful with 5htp.
The body also make melatonin through the same metabolic pathway. You might end up fatigued from using 5htp... at least I did :-(
