I cannot take SSRIs due to severe bladder irritation. Now, I have failed SNRIs due to severe gastritis (I am on Nexium to heal).
I take small dose of Seroquel to sleep along with .5mg of Klonopin (not sure I need the Klonopin, just take it by habit).
I have tried SAM-e and it makes me irritable.
What supplements can I take that will help with depression?
Keeping in mind that serotonin hurts my bladder
What should I try?

Maybe you could try a very small amount of 5-HTP sublingually?
This is the end of the thread.
