For months, I've been using 200mg of B6 daily, but lately, that dosage has been making me tired, so today, I've lowered the dosage to 150mg per day, and already, I feel better and less tired. From my calculations, I always needed at least 100mg per day, but 150mg is a little better for the depression. If you are thinking of experimenting with B6, I'd say first start off with 50mg per day, then increase as needed until you find the dose that works for you. Good luck!

Yes, that did the trick. I don't feel the least bit tired on 150mg of B6 per day. Obviously, I needed 200mg for a few months, then needed to titrate down 50mg. 150mg seems to be my maintenance dose. If feels great when you discover the optimum dosage just for you. It may be that initially, you may have to take larger doses of B6 for a while, then titrate down once you "feel" it is too much for you. This is what I had to do with vitamin B12 before I discovered I needed a maintenance dose of 375mcg per day. Initially, I was using 750mcg per day, but after a few months it "felt" like too much, so then it was time to titrate down. So far, B6 and B12 are the only ones I've had to titrate down after a period of higher dosages. Keep this in mind when using these two.
