Will B Vitamins keep me up at night? I am talking active b-vitamins, not the passive ones that first need to be metabolized.

i take my 2 time-release b-100 tablets in the morning, with food. i tried taking 1 with an evening meal, but then i started getting vivid dreams. odd.
so...id say try not to dose up too close to bed time, but each person is different, of course.

Some may help sleep, while others may hinder it.
I find that b12 and choline can hinder sleep while others (riboflavin, b6 and niacin) can help sleep.
