Does prozac cause rapid cycling

I have suffered from depression for 15 yrs but was rediagnosed bipolar II after the birth of my second child ( major depressive phases alternating with hypomania). I am currently on depakote very low dose of 250mg/daily wellbutrin (50 mg. daily because I can't tolerate a higher dose) prozac 20 mgs. daily, and just started lamictal again at 25mg daily. I have had rapid cycling (about one week hypomanic then two weeks depressed or so) for about 2 yrs now and I'm wondering if I should give up on the prozac as I am suspicious that this could be making my situation worse. Help! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have two small children and I need some stability in my life for their sake. Thank you.
