I'm reading the Dryfeus Foundation's book on the clinical evidence of Dilantin's wide effectiveness in various things, and it states that in one trial, anxiety was relieved and somatic conditions (those physical conditions resulting from the mental condition, anxiety) were also relieved), including cold hands and feet.
Um, why would cold hands and feet spring about from anxiety? I have cold hands and feet and anxiety.

I think it has to do with blood circulation to extremities when you're in a state of panic. I know that cold hands often contribute to migraine, and you're supposed to keep your hands warm when you feel one coming on.
My hands and feet are always cold. I sleep with socks and find it helps reduce my anxiety.
But I also find I don't know what I'm talking about a lot more often!
Iso, our resident expert on all things thing-y will correct me and help you find the answer, I hope.
