I might have to up my dose of conventional medicine just to be sure I don't "lose it". Stress can often push me over the edge. It might be okay for when life is stable. I'm a little worried about my mild bipolar tendencies. So far I've been able to stay off a mood stabilizer and just take a low dose antidepressant...and I felt my anxiety building with this situation. We will see. I'm still not sure how to handle it. Right now I'm watching carefully...Like I said, i'll probably up the AD dose a little....and if I have to, I'll take a mood stabilizer.
