HI Larry,
I hadn't responded to your post on how I was doing. I am happy to hear you are getting stronger and stronger.
Well I had a wicked few months, and my computer crashed. They also cracked down at work on surfing so I was without contact. It was all for the best since I was only able to get to work come home and rest.
I don't remember if I told you that I went down from 30 to 15 mg of remeron and I started sleeping much better. I started tai-chi and was feeling progress. My wit was showing itself and it was very gradual but progress. I started taking sublingual B-12 (methyl-version)in the morning and sleep was very heavy. One other thing is I started to wear an old mouth guard since I was grinding my teeth more. Well, about a month ago I misplaced my mouth guard....and sleep declined. Basically, anxiety increased since my sleep seemed lighter. I am seeing a doctor(sleep specailist) in a week or so since my dentist wonders if the teeth griding may cause me from sleeping deep or maybe something else is going on. All of the renewed sleeping problems occured after pnuemonia 2 years ago. I was waking from deep sleep for no reason, snoring loudly, and when I drink liquids I often choke. I don't expect the doc to find anything and hopefully when I get a new mouth guard I will sleep better. Just like you have said "sleep" is so vital to wellness.
In my down time I read a new book out by a young kid that was interesting but seemed a little far fetched at times. I can't remember the name of the book but if you google search "garden of life" you will see a site by, I think, Dr. Rubin. I will say that getting a yogurt with 5 types of bacteria has helped calm my stomach. Sometimes I wonder if the antibiotics I took really hurt my floura.
Good seeing you post so much information to help people. Hope you continue getting stronger.johnj :)
